This is still one of my favorite projects that I've directed. Yes, we were indeed given the budget to shut down a street in front of the Colosseum in Rome for a local Los Angeles car commercial.

This was one of the first projects to shoot on the Sony F900 CineAlta camera.

It was shot in HD, but originally mastered in SD for broadcast. We recently remastered it just because it always felt like the standard def just didn't do the photography justice.
